A Product Manager can 'chop up' Epics and User Stories by nesting a page under any other page.

As a PRACTICAL ™ Product Manager, I want to be able to tackle complexity of Epics or large user stories by “chopping them up” into smaller user stories. To represent this in the documentation, I should be allowed to nest the smaller user stories under their parent Epics or Stories.
